“I am so grateful to be the recipient of the 2021 Pat M Tallini Financial assistance Award. It gave me a feeling of relief to be noticed by the foundation. As bills accrue, so does anxiety and depression, topped with trying to rest and get well. I was able to feel comfortable in paying down some debt. I’m very grateful."

Colleen used the funds awarded to her to pay down outstanding medical bills. She shared with us that she was able to pay off about a third of the total which has eased the timeline of her payment schedules dramatically! She shared with us a family saying of hers, "Know where your help is. Be prepared for sudden change. Make your own sunshine." and graciously added that our foundation has been her help in this time of sudden change.

Since Diane’s diagnosis she has had medical bills stacking up and she used our award to make a big dent in her balance. She made sure to note that receiving the check from our foundation was a great relief to her, especially around the Holidays. Diane is eager to pass on the generosity, she's been creating Facebook fundraisers for our foundation with the hopes that she can help future beneficiaries the way we've helped her.

Curtis shared with us that he was behind on car payments and needs his vehicle for all his doctor appointments. He said thanks to our foundation he can keep his car and pay other bills. He wants ours supporters to know how appreciative he is and called all of you Angels!
